About Us

Libertania Center for Contemporary Politics is a nongovernmental, nonprofit and not political party affiliated civil organization, founded in 2015 in Bitola, Macedonia, by students of legal science, activists in Students for Liberty.

Mission

Our mission is promotion and education of the ideas of individual liberty, free markets and free society, through active involvement of young people and initiation of libertarian cooperation.

Vision

Our vision is to initiate the development of libertarian communities which would serve as platforms for exchanging and sharing ideas of individual liberty and free society, part of the world-wide liberty movement.

Goal

Our goal is social change to a freer direction through peaceful methods, through education and development of libertarian communities.

Idea

Our idea is that of a free society established on peaceful cooperation, rule of law, free markets and limited, responsible or alternative of the state.

Nikola Ilievski

Nikola Lj. Ilievski

Secretary and Program Director
Nikola Lj. Ilievski Is a PhD student in political sciences at ss. Cyril and Methodius - Skopje. He has been part of Students for Liberty since 2014 for which he is currently the national coordinator of the Macedonian chapter. He is co-founder, program director and editor in chief of Libertania - CCP and a junior associate at the international scientific journal, Journal for Liberty and International Affairs.

Simon Sarevski

Simon Sarevski

Deputy Secretary and Program Assistant
Simon Sarevski is a programs assistant at Libertania - CCP, a senior local coordinator at Sтudents for Liberty and a research assistant at the Austrian Economics Center. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in financial management from Ss. Cyril and Methodius - Skopje.His articles have been published at the Austrian Economics Center, Speak Freely, Foundation for Economic Education and the Mises Institute.

Nikola G. Petrovski

President and Public Relations
Co-founder of Libertania and Students for Liberty Macedonia. He worked as a Coordinator for communications and membership in the National Youth Council of Macedonia. He is former National Coordinator in Students for Liberty - Europe (2013-2017) and teaching associate at the Faculty of Law (2012-2015). He holds a Master's degree in International Law from the Faculty of Law at UKLO, Bitola. Has experience in preparing and implementing various projects from various donors from Europe and the United States.

Boshko Karadzov

Research Associate
Boshko Karadzov holds a PhD in modern epistemology and the sociology of knowledge from ss. Cyril and Methodius - Skopje. He is currently a scientific researcher in philosophy, graphics literature and intermedia genres at the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts He has been a lecturer at the international education program Art for Advocacy organized by International Debate Education Association.

Boris Nikolevski

External Associate
Boris Nikolevski holds a master's degree in international relations and diplomacy from the Libertas University and a Students for Liberty alumni. Boris is also an entrepreneur from Zagreb.

Graphic Designer and Branding Associate

Kristina Stavrevska is a student at the International Slavic University "Mr. Р. Derzhavin "- Department of Psychology. She is currently active as a local coordinator of the student group Students for Freedom - Macedonia, within the European network "Students For Liberty", and is part of the Libertania team.
